The project of the cottage with an area of 360 m² is designed for permanent living of one family with three children.

The dominant feature of the facade is an enhanced portal around the main entrance. A special detail of the project is a small waterfall, that falls into the pond, which goes along the path to the house. The reference to this detail is the "Fallingwater" made by Frank Lloyd Wright. The waterfall creates movement and sound, enlivening the architecture.

The external walls' finishes are of natural materials (stone, wood). In the center of the ground floor there is a spacious hall with staircase, followed by a guest bedroom with access to the garden. Bedroom on the ground floor are adapted for people with reduced mobility. To the left of the entrance on the ground floor there is a swimming pool and a spacious garage for two cars. In the right part there is a kitchen and double-height living-dining room with the exit to the garden.

On the second floor there are children's rooms, master bedroom and study. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom.

Bright spaces, wide terraces, environmentally friendly finishing materials, convenient zoning, pool with panoramic view, a large number of bedrooms provides maximum comfort to inhabitants and guests of the villa.
