The two-level house is designed on the Black Sea coast, taking into account the difficult terrain, with a drop of 14m, on a narrow stretch. The volume-spatial composition is presented in the form of three volumes. The first is a semi-detached residential building separated by a n-shaped retaining wall in the plan. The functional-planning solution of the house creates the possibility of complete autonomy for the older and younger generations, here on two floors there are two public areas (living room-kitchen-dining room), accompanying bedrooms with baths, technical unit with sauna and stairs. The second volume is a cubic shape crowning the entrance, it represents a carport made in the form of a wooden mesh pergola with a pronounced inner vault creating immediately a sensation of intimacy, privacy and comfort at the entrance to the site. The third volume is the S-shaped in the plan terrace on the ground floor, visually "hugging" the house. The main facade of the apartment house and terrace is turned towards the most successful view of the sea, bounded on either side by cypresses, covering the unsightly neighboring buildings and creating a sense of proximity to the sea due to the merging of the edge of the retaining wall at the bottom with a 600 m coastline. The house is made of ecological materials - wood, concrete, slate, secondary materials. There is the possibility of installing the engine on a flat roof: conditioning and solar panels on the roof of the house.

Living area - 179m², total area - 289m², building area - 273m².
