«Donjon» translated from French — «fortress tower», the so-called main (central) tower of the castle. «Vezha» is an analogue in the Belarusian language. Bergfried is a similar tower in German fortress architecture. The house is so named because of the presence in the architectural volume of the octagonal tower. The project is a three-storey wooden house made of calibrated carriage (double-edged beam) 240 mm thick, 360 mm high row, with a basement made of reinforced concrete.

The house consists of a wooden tower, standing on a concentric monolithic Foundation (basement), with a classic staircase and a spacious landing. The tower is the highest part of the house crowned with a dome.

A feature of the project is the decorative framing of the windows (using the same parts of which the walls are made), which includes a stand for flowers, pillars and a semicircular canopy. The wooden frame has the calculated design, the thought-over bearing of logs and an arrangement of cuts.
