An apartment building is located in the historical part of the city of Samara. The surrounding buildings are represented by pre-revolutionary houses, including cultural heritage sites, buildings in the Stalinist Empire style and post-Soviet residential complexes. The aim of the project is to find a harmonious building form in the historical environment. The choice was made in favor of a four-storey corner building, placed along red lines with a regular compositional lattice of facades. The ground floor houses a coffee shop and a boutique. The next three floors are residential. Underground parking is provided throughout the site. The living rooms open onto a quiet green courtyard. This makes it possible for the residents of the house to have a space closed from strangers.

The windows overlooking a busy street are equipped with soundproof glass units. Additional protection against noise is provided by triangular metal columns and beams, which also serve as a decorative function. The roof of the building is exploited.

For a long time, natural stone has been and is the number one finishing material in the decoration of facades. The facing slab is light beige sandstone with a distantly pinkish tone and the color "baked milk". Whatever type of natural material we are considering, natural facing stone is distinguished by its beauty and practicality. The facade, finished with natural facing stone, will give the house an aristocratic status.
